What's covered
The warranty covers manufacturing and hardware defects that arise under normal use. If your device develops a covered fault within 6 months of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's not covered
Accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, cracked screens), unauthorised repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
How to claim
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your order number and a description of the fault, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
